House rules — Lala Dene Lodge
We want every guest to feel at home. Please read these rules so everyone can enjoy a peaceful, safe stay. If anything is unclear, ask us before you book or on arrival.

- Please respect quiet hours (22:00–07:00) for the comfort of all guests.
- Visitors are welcome briefly by arrangement; overnight visitors must be registered.
- Please lock doors and close windows when you go out.
- Pool use is at your own risk; no lifeguard on duty.
General
A few basics that apply throughout the lodge and grounds.

Pool & outdoor areas
- Pool use is at your own risk; no lifeguard on duty.
- No glassware in the pool area — use plastic cups provided.
- Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult in the pool area.
- Please shower before entering the pool.
- Pool hours: daylight hours only unless otherwise signed.
Kitchen & dining
- Breakfast is served in the dining room at times advertised on your welcome sheet.
- Please rinse dishes and place them in the designated area if using shared kitchen facilities.
- Label personal items in the guest fridge.
Cancellation
Moderate · Free cancel up to 14 days before arrival · Non-refundable within 3 days of arrival
Lala Dene Lodge: Peak season (15 Dec – 15 Jan) may require 50% deposit — confirm at booking. Group bookings (3+ rooms) may have different terms; the property will confirm in writing.
Deposit required — 25%
